Pure Order Brewing Company produces its beer in the spirit of the ancient German “Reinheitsgebot” which required that only four ingredients (hops, malt, yeast and water) be used in beer production. Combining this tradition with the Santa Barbara, California lifestyle has made for a truly unique and satisfying beer that has the flavors of old Germany and the smoothness of Santa Barbara.

The Pure Order Brewery is located at 410 North Quarantina Street just south of Downtown Santa Barbara. It is a 2,000 square foot warehouse with an adjacent tasting garden and hop yard. A set of industrial style rolling doors open up to reveal a custom built tasting bar made entirely of local Santa Barbara wood. Behind the bar is a 10-tap set up pouring strictly Pure Order brews for our loyal patrons. Off to the left you will find a quaint little boutique shop selling Pure Order merchandise and fun little nic-nacs.
As you venture deeper into the building you will be exposed to the full operation, complete with a large walk-in fridge, a 15-barrel brewhouse, three 30-barrel fermenters and a 30-barrel brite tank. Tucked away in the corner is a small office space set up perfectly for taking care of business.
